Glow Birth and Body is currently seeking an experienced massage therapist interested in women's health and pregnancy for our CHICAGO location.
Requirements:
• Desire to work in a specialized practice built around educating clients and providing fantastic bodywork experiences; therapist must be comfortable discussing sensitive women's health issues and treating pregnant women
• 2+ years massage experience
• Training and experience providing deep tissue massage
• Ability to do 4 deep tissue massages in a day
• Appropriate massage certification and/or licensure
Additional Information:
We are a small, specialized practice, treating women at any age and stage of life with deep tissue massage. Glow is known for its prenatal massage, and our Yelp reviews are an indication of how much we love our work. Our practice is located in Roscoe Village with easy and free parking.
We offer as much hands-on training as a talented therapist needs to become confident with side-lying prenatal massage, no prior prenatal specialization required.
Our facility is a dream environment for bodywork, custom designed by our Glow massage therapists to be ultimately comfortable for both therapist and client: hydraulic tables, steaming towels, external linen service and sound-systems in each room.
We have various shifts available throughout the week and weekend, and prefer a commitment of at least 2 shifts a week consisting of 3-4 massages each or longer shifts of 6 massages if that's your preference. Please enquire for more details on scheduling.
