Massage Therapy.
Glow® Birth & Body transforms massage into a tailored experience for every single client.
Physical bodywork is foundational to holistic prenatal, postpartum and lifelong healthcare, and Glow® treatments promote stress relief, reduced swelling, and pain relief.
Your FSA, HSA or Insurance might cover your massage treatments - find out how HERE.
Prenatal Massage
Our award-winning deep-tissue prenatal treatments are everything. We work on cushioned hydraulic tables and cradle your evolving physique with customized bolsters for ultimate comfort.
Come in monthly (or more!) until the last 4 weeks, then weekly until birth. Treatment includes a steaming towel and organic massage oil.
Postnatal Massage
No one needs a massage more than a new mom. We’re experts in the postpartum body: Engorged breasts? We’ll add bolsters for your comfort. Sore from baby-holding and feeding? We’ll focus on the precise muscles causing you pain.
Come in as soon as you’ve figured out how to be away from baby for an hour or more - maybe that’s the week after you give birth, maybe it’s 3 months later, everyone is unique. Treatment includes a warm wheat bag for your stomach & lower back, and a research-backed blend of essential oils for tissue healing and mood lifting.
*C-Section Healing & Abdominal Massage: All of our therapists are trained to encourage organ re-alignment, increase visceral circulation and safely prevent scar tissue complications through abdominal massage. Talk to your therapist about your needs during your intake.
Non-Natal Massage
You do not have a Glow® expiration date! We treat women at any age and stage of life - in fact, only 50% of our clients are pregnant or postpartum. Whether you’re needing deep technical work or general wellness maintenance, we’re here for you. Treatment includes a steaming towel and organic massage oil. During the winter months, treatment includes a warm wheat bag for your stomach & lower back

Why I Love This Work
Women go through so much to grow another human and bring them into the world. If I can be a small part of making them more comfortable, I feel honored to be a part of that experience.
My Ideal Local Day
Enjoying all of the wonder that Chicago has to offer! A great meal, a walk by the lake and most definitely catching a Cubs game in the summer. I also head to the suburbs to spend time with my family including my two nephews who I adore!

My Ideal Local Day
My ideal local day includes family time whether it be activities at home or exploring the city. I spend my alone time writing or listening to audible, and I always make time for some true crime TV.

Why I Love This Work
I like being a massage therapist but I love being a prenatal therapist. As a mom myself, I love telling my mommies, “You are heard”. My Ideal Local Day
My ideal local day includes eating at a new restaurant and getting a pedicure.
